To transfer your domain name registrar to us, the fee is $9.95/Year including renewal. This means when you transfer your domain to us, we will renew it as well.
To transfer your domain name over to us, you have to contact your current domain registrar and ask them for an EPP Key. That is the authorization key for the transfer. Once you got the EPP Key from your current domain registrar, please login to your customer’s area.
After you are logged in, click on the Order link. Choose Transfer a domain and complete the process there. You will be asked to enter the EPP Key.
Once you have done that, you may receive an authorization request via email asking you to approve that transfer. You MUST respond to that request and approve it.
After you have done that, your domain should be transferred over to us within 24 hours.
