It may be caused by your browser settings.
If you care using Internet Explorer, click on Tools> Internet Options, then click on Settings under Browser history.
Then choose Check for newer version of a webpage everytime I visit the web page.
That should help. These problems are usually caused by the browser settings, which loads the images off your computer instead the live one from our server.
