How to refresh your PC's DNS cache after updating your domains's DNS servers:

1. Click the tart menu on windows then click Run
2. Type cmd and press enter
3. On the command/DOS prompt type in: C:\>ipconfig/flushdns

That should refresh your PC's DNS entries.

Also make sure you upload your website to your public_html folder and that you have an Index File, such as index.html or index.htm.
It would be much faster if you can upload your website using FTP, you can get a free FTP softare from www.smartftp.com.
You can connect to your account using your domain name as hostname, then use your Cpanel username/password to connect.

After you get connected, you can upload your website to your public._html folder.
